Exclusive With No Exit Is Not an Agency. It's a Cage.

30–60 days’ notice, the page is yours, the content is yours. Daryna Melnyk, 2 years at QueenScout: exclusivity, tail fees, who keeps the login. 18+ only.

Exclusivity is not a verdict on its own. An agency that runs chats and traffic is entitled not to share the same inbox with a second shift. It goes wrong where exclusivity is wider than the work, longer than the results, and has no date on which the page is yours again.

For two years I have read this block before the bonus. A bonus can be rewritten. An exit that costs “three months of projected earnings” rewrites you.

What OnlyFans thinks about the owner

Under the platform’s rules the account belongs to the creator. The agency is a third party. If the contract says the page “transfers to the agency,” or that they may change the email and the payouts, that is not management. That is an attempt to own a business the platform did not give them.

The content is yours too, unless you sign the opposite. OnlyFans takes a licence in what you upload — that is their terms, not the agency’s. At most the agency gets a limited right to run your sets in ads for the term. A “perpetual licence,” “work for hire on everything you shoot,” and rights after you leave — that is a different conversation, and it has to stop before the signature.

Three dates, not one

  1. Notice. In decent 2026 deals that is 30–60 days in writing. Ninety is already heavy without a reason. A penalty against a forecast, not against fact, is a red line.
  2. Auto-renewal. Missing the notice day should not silently add a year. If it does, retention is the product, not the service.
  3. The tail. Some agencies want commission on subscribers they “brought” for another six months after you leave. Ask how that is counted, and whether the tail sits on the whole dashboard.

Exclusivity should cover the platforms they actually run. An OnlyFans chatting team cannot ban you from Tango they cannot operate. A “no other agency for two years” non-compete is a weak paper in most places. Do not bet your freedom on it, and do not sign it “because everyone does.”

What a clean exit looks like

You send notice to the email in the contract. On the exit date manager access comes off, 2FA stays on your phone, payouts stay on your account, the content is yours, the agency’s promo rights die. No buyout of the page. No “we’ll stay in the dashboard for handover” without an end date.

If that paragraph is missing, it will not appear when you want to leave. The BBC in 2026 showed the fines and the logins that do not come back. I am not retelling those stories. I am making this paragraph a condition of the introduction.

QueenScout does not introduce an agency whose exclusivity has no exit, or whose page is “theirs.” We are not paid for a cage. We are paid when you choose a team you can leave with a letter, not a password.
